WHY SUPPORT
we are the only clear voice for Manufacturers and Exporters in New Zealand. Others find it difficult to speak clearly when exporters and importers form parts of the same organisation. This Association is independent and focused on the interest of manufacturers and exporters.
MEMBER TYPES
we admit members against a number of criteria these include ordinary and individual members who are active or experienced in manufacturing and exporting. Associate Members that supply services to Members and Affiliate Members who are organisations with members that have interests that are similar to our own.
MEMBERSHIP COST
membership costs set by Council and CEO Forum, manufacturers and exporters pay a membership based on the numbers of staff employed. Individual, Associate and Affiliate Member fees are based on a fixed cost schedule. Charitable support from the Mancan Foundation substantially reduces our membership fees.
PAY BACK
success in policy advocacy is good for our community of interest. The research and development tax credit is one such policy pay off. Any matter brought to the attention of the policy makers makes a contribution. Involvement in the activities and events of the Association often has a direct return to those involved.
